Payment & Privacy

Payments via PayPal (we will send you an invoice via email so you can complete a secure online payment) or direct bank transfer (please ask for our bank account information). 
We offer an interest-free payment plan for some of our items. Items will be shipped once payment has been made in full. Although it is possible to cancel the plan, please be aware that a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. Please don't hesitate to email us with any questions.

We always respect our clients' privacy. It is our policy not to share any information pertaining to our clients with third parties, including names, addresses, contact details, and prices paid. When you contact us initially about a piece, kindly give us a quick sense of your interests so we may serve you better.


Shipping

For items under $5,000, preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority  or Express Mail with insurance (domestic or international). However, upon client request and/or when the price of an item exceeds $5,000, an alternate method of shipping may be more appropriate. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing, the buyer pays for shipping, handling, and adequate insurance. 
International buyers, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 
Purchases by clients located within New York State will be subject to New York State tax of 8.875%. If you're located in the Tri-State area or within ~100 miles of New York City, we would be happy to hand-deliver your item - please inquire about a nominal travel cost.
In the unlikely event of a piece getting lost in transit, we will work with you and the insurer.


Returns

Returns are possible only in the event that you are not satisfied with an item because of a major unrevealed flaw that becomes apparent only after you receive the item. In this case, you will have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item in its original condition (you will be responsible for return shipping and insurance). 
We make every effort to present the items as close to reality as possible in our photos,  but please be aware some colors may still appear slightly distorted, depending on the monitor color settings of your device. We are happy to email you additional photos or have you see the piece for yourself, if you're in the New York City area. 
Depending on the item, only an exchange or a credit, rather than a reimbursement, might be accepted. We will gladly answer any questions you may have.
